HTC Kids & Beach Babies Sign-up Form

This sign-up form is for those interested in becoming a volunteer in HTC Kids or Beach Babies.
Please note that all volunteers within these ministries must be current HTC Members and will need to have a background check completed. Volunteers must be willing to serve once a month. Lenlie tries to honor your request regarding which room to serve within -- Beach Babies or HTC Kids -- but there may be times in which she needs to switch you. We thank you for your willingness to serve!

All volunteers must complete a background check. We will send you a Background Check link if you have not had one done yet.
